Prof. Frank Piller, Dr. Linda Steuer-Dankert and Prof. Carmen Leicht-Scholten celebrate the occasion.

 

We congratulate our colleague Linda Steuer-Dankert on her successful doctorate! On November 26th, 2020, she successfully defended her doctoral thesis "Diversity in Complex Organizations - The Triangle of Diversity Management, Change Management and Organizational Culture from a System-Theoretical Perspective". She earned her doctorate at the Faculty of Business and Economics at RWTH Aachen University in an interdisciplinary setting under Prof. Frank Piller and Prof. Carmen Leicht-Scholten. Her dissertation was based at the Cluster of Excellence "Internet of Production". The GDI congratulates Linda wholeheartedly!
