Daniel Mittler, Managing Director of the citizen movement "Finanzwende e.V.", will give a lecture at RWTH Aachen University
As part of the cooperative course "Sustainability and Transformation as an Opportunity and Challenge for Society" between GDI (RWTH Aachen), FH Aachen, and KatHo Aachen of the Leonardo project, we are pleased to welcome Daniel Mittler on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023.
Daniel Mittler has been Managing Director of the citizen movement Finanzwende and Finanzwende Recherche gGmbH since 2021, which advocate for sustainable financial markets. Prior to this, he was Political Director of Greenpeace International for 11 years. Daniel Mittler studied Politics, African Studies, and Urban Planning in Edinburgh, Kingston (Ontario), and London, and has been an activist since his youth. He will give a keynote speech entitled "Why the socio-ecological transformation needs a financial turnaround". Based on the lecture, there will be room for discussions.
